Event in port - Spanish Language.

While discussing with other Local guides here in Rio De Janeiro.  I found many of them could not send their application for 2018 connect. 

Active local guides but English is not their language of communication. 

I was wondering or I am wondering that , Is it possible to held an Events for South America  ? For port Spanish speaker guides?

Acho que seria inviável,  o evento engloba uma série de procedimentos, estrutura, logística etc. Pessoas do mundo todo são convidadas e daí o motivo do inglês, além de ser nos EUA, o inglês é um idioma universal.

Além do mais eu acho que nesse caso teria que fazer um evento pra cada região /continente aí os custos seriam absurdos, não seria prático e não teríamos a oportunidade de conhecer a sede da Google.
