wrong picture maps wont remove

Hi all.
This is another "wrong picture" post.
Im talking about this place where all the picture uploaded from a person are wrong (actually just one is right [REDACTED] one), all the other are terribly wrong, look [REDACTED]
I have flagged those, my friend have flagged too, and I have emailed [REDACTED] and the answer was

Are you kidding me?! haha So since the owner is my friend, is my only option Google My Business?

And how this process or reviews works? How to become those "specialist"?
In central italy actually half of the monument and historic places has wrong picture even for cover!
Its crazy that for example: If I flag the picture in my council paint gallery place, displaying photo of all others sight of the city,
my city, a random "specialist" just left those there.

I cannot understand the privacy issues, when someone upload a picture on maps is already public. Especially if he upload selfie.

So mention him couldn't be such a problem 

I found the address I posted just reading here, so everybody can do it, not a rocket science.

This post without a subject become completely useless but still I would like to understand how I can stop the image damage to my friend. And nobody has answered if making "my business" would help.

It's not a matter of frustration, not even time (from August but I've signaled picture in monument YEARS ago), it's a matter of who is able to do something or not, who is willing to do something or not. And above all how we can stop all those recurrent errors that rn are flooding maps.

I am the Local Guide for our village. I have used the report function countless times to report pictures  (taken not by me but by someone else) that were not taken in our village. No reaction whatsoever and the pictures are still there.
I have e-mailed Local Guides about this, no reaction either.

These pictures are misleading since they promise visitors things they will not see here.

Can anyone remind me what the role of a local guide is, if it is not to help information to remain accurate and uptodate?
