@FirAzma  Light room or Photoshop is what I use but not free.  Not sure of any free apps to level the picture.    You can put captions on the picture after it is posted.

@FirAzma  You could use a  tripod with a level or on my phone I have a grid I can activate.  This way the shot is level to start with and keeps it fast by taking out the need for that step. I have gotten a feel for straight when I shot also. Hope that helps some.
