Hi my name is Siavash i want take 360 photo but my phone does not support android 4.4 kit kat
my phone is galaxy sIII gt-i9300 and i have not more budge to buy new phone,i want this app support android 4.3 or 4.03
i want google map moderator see this post and report it to google street view app creator,maybe they can solve this problem.

It works the other way around, older phones will never be supported if they are not supported today.
Phone or OS probably doesn't have the features required to run this app.
Try to loan a 360° camera from the loan program instead.
Or...
Check how much the cheapest 4.4 or 5 phone cost second hand.
You probably can get one for free, if this is in your budget.
This is stone age phones and people throw them left and right.

I understand your problem, but as Android in now at Version 7 Nougat it is unlikely any app developer would support a phone running 4.3
The app is much improved now and the same way that PC software developers would not support say Windows 95 or Vista, the phone developers are the same. Users demand the latest technology is exploited, there is no way they can continue to support older devices.
its probably not what you want to hear, but time to upgrade!
