HELP, IM TIRED

after i understand loan program does not support in iran,i go buy samsung galaxy tab a (2016) for take 360 photo i install street view program on this device and run it correctly but when i want take 360 photo,app say: this device does not support 360 photos!!!!!!!!!!!  

  i hate you google

i pay 450$

when street view app install on device and work correctly why say that message?

why?

Hi @Siavash_T, 

 

I also used to have a different Samsung phone from what I have today and it was incompatible, too. The point is that in order for any spherical photo app to work on a mobile device, it must have a gyroscope. Now apparently your new tablet does not have it so it is simply impossible for Google (or anyone else who creates such apps) to make it compatible with such devices. It's simply the hardware that's not compatible. 

 

I feel your pain and am sorry for you ($ 450 is not a little money) but I am afraid you will need to swallow this bullet and be more careful next time.
