ItsI published in the leading newspapers by our deputy general of police of our police department as public announcement not to use drone in outdoor in any public area for all over the state.

In Canada the rules are different between recreational (amateur) and commercial for recreational

for commercial or above 35 lbs drones or research

The issue raised by you is very good but I don't know whether it is possible or not. I think advocates of that particular counteies can guide very well.

When you refer the above blog it's written that selling of drone is allowed but flying ia restricted.
So many complicated laws to follow if you require to fly drone atmost.
So people avoid to fly.
So many Indians as well foreigners were arrested by police all over India which is also mentioned in India today.

If drone is under 35 kg and if it's used for fun then there should be no restrictions in all over the world.
