Suggestion to revise location denied

Wrong location for Royal Suds.

I submitted several suggestion for this business "Royal Suds" and there have been "NOT APPLIED". The business is positivity located between Dayton Street and Vine Street. I also submitted business hours based on their sign. Why would my suggestions be NOT APPLIED?

I often do corrections that ends up "not applied".

Since I'm pretty sure of the accuracy of my suggestions, I often repeat the corrections.

The second time around it is often approved.

Possibly there are some conflicting pieces of data. Do you know the exact address, because the listing currently has it as '104 N Royal Ave' whereas other sources say Suds is at '140 N Royal Ave' . On top of that, Google thinks the plot between Vine and Dayton is '116 N Royal Ave' so when you drag the marker there it doesn't match the address on the listing?
