Subway Stations (Metro) Hours not approved in Tehran

I have been editing the open hours for Tehran Metro Stations- Line 2 and they are all getting rejected by other moderators. The things is since my job is related to these locations I have a good knowledge of each stations working hours. I think these rejections are not fair. 

What is the solution to this?

Hi @hz, Because the edits on public transportation are sensitive, it needs more deep review so they'll go to pending mode. And maybe in most cases for Iran, they being rejected because of preparing no official resource. Maybe it seems annoying to good users but this method also prevents from many spams on the map.

For more tips in this case please let me know, did you edit these stations by Google Maps recently or in the past by Map Maker?

I used Google Maps iOS app.

Also about 4 years ago I extended Tehran Metro line 2 rail track from Bagheri Station to Tehranpars Station and using an accurate civil map continued the rail track until Farhangsara Station. Now after a long time I check these stations, and I see Tehranpars Station is relocated to a wrong place and the rail track is deleted from there! 

Since Google MapMaker is closed editing these tracks looks impossible!

Rejections are not unfair if you map within Google's guidelines:

Certain types of businesses shouldn’t provide hours, including those with varied hours (like schedules for different types of activities, including showtimes, worship services or classes) and those that operate only by appointment. Examples of business that shouldn’t provide hours include, but are not limited to: hotels and motels, movie theaters, emergency rooms, schools and universities, transportation services, airports, event venues and natural features.

The hours don't show up on the default page, however, if you click on "suggest an edit" you would see the hours there.

Hello,

Transit features have not been publicly editable for a couple of years.  If these are valid features added by Google then any edits would be rejected, though they might consider information submitted via "Send Feedback -> Other Feedback".

They appear, though, to have been added by members of the public that were not obeying instructions not to add such features, in which case the likely need to be deleted.  Features that are actually in the transit layer usually have different icons then these ones.

Google does not allow public edits any longer as they now work exclusively with the transit authorities.  Much of the world, in fact, has had the transit layer locked for many years; but now it is worldwide.

If you work for the transit authority you could encourage your employers to partner with Google so that users can get accurate transit directions and schedules, they would do so at https://maps.google.com/help/maps/mapcontent/transit/.

If you do not wish to pursue such a route then please use "Send Feedback -> Other Feedback" for all transit edits.

Hey Flash, without disagreeing with your main point, I think the five stations that have been linked to above are genuine Transit layer POIs , not public added ones. I'm happy to be corrected but the icons are rendering as genuine transit features for me?

Perhaps, I actually wrote my response before the samples were posted and based it upon searching the city for subway stations.  This is why I mention both valid and invalid stations.
