HI @boyshawn nice question, Me also like to add new MRT-6 line that is ever first MRT in Bangladesh.

Is it possible to add where the service is ongoing installation in city but not start yet ?

It's not allowed for "normal" maps users to modify or add data to transport maps layer. It can only be done by official authorized transport service operators through the special Google Transit service:

https://support.google.com/transitpartners/

You can always request adding data to Google Maps from your local transport operator.
