Roads and Squares

Did I get this right? As today, it's impossible to add roads and square into Google Maps? Basicly small cities with little roads and such will never see their changes?

If you want add road on Google maps please send feedback to Google maps. 

1. Open the Google Maps app .
2. Tap Menu   Send feedback Report missing road.
3. To report your issue, follow the instructions.
4. Tap Send.

So yeah... I need to HOPE that someone upthere in the skies of Google decide to add the road in my map.
