Maps should introduce Temporary Locations for Festivals and Celebrations

I'm from West Bengal, a state of India. Bengalis have a very famous festival called Durga puja. As this festival occurs for 4 days in each year, they must be added as temporary locations, but Maps has not such a catagory. This catagory is very much important and Maps must include this because certain important factors on map (i.e. traffic, routes) are effected by this temporary locations.
