How do I open a Maps link in Mapmaker quickly?

From time to time, I will get a Maps link and want to open quickly in Mapmaker.

For example, when I got this Maps link, how can I open it in Mapmaker directly?

I tried replace maps with mapmaker in the start of the URL, https://www.google.com.tw/maps/place..., which will only result in a 404 error (Not Found).

Hi @YK1001, 

I usually make a quick edit straight in Maps and right after I submit it, it displays a popup for a short while. Then there is a link to MapMaker where I can find my most recent edit under my activity tab. Certainly this only works when you also edit something but I guess the reason you want to take the place to MapMaker is to edit it anyway (although some edits are not available in Maps, I know...)
