How Do I Add A Sub Location?

Does anyone know how to suggest an edit for the "Located In" part?

Hello,

 

That portion has never been editable; we have been led to understand that it's completely automated.

 

As a note, the "(Inside Target)" portion in the name is a descriptor and should be removed; the name field is to contain the name only and no additional information.  Chains should all be named the same.
