Default address is not working while creating new place

I am trying to add a new place but the system is not accepting the default address, nor the address i put.

How can i proceed?

BTW - it's awesome place which must appear on Google Maps!

Phone number: N/A

URL: N/A

GPS coordinates: 31.955140, 35.469295
