Best approach to take to correct multiple errors

A pin/marker (grocery cart icon) displays in the small map-view for Cal-Ore Produce, 19912 Stateline Road, Tulelake, CA 96134  (see screen shot).

Cal-Ore Produce • Screen Shot • 04-17-2017Cal-Ore Produce • Screen Shot • 04-17-2017However, I'm unable to find a pin/marker to click on for Cal-Ore in either the full map view or satellite view.

Entering "Cal-Ore Produce, 19912 Stateline Road, Tulelake, CA 96134" in the search box returns a location for a clickable pin 1,800 miles to the east in Independence, Kansas

Entering just the address "19912 Stateline Road, Tulelake, CA 96134" displays an address pin that is slightly off the building.  (This is what Cal-Ore uses for giving directions to their customers/suppliers on their website)  Searching "search nearby" for their category, "food producer" returns 5 results, none of which are Cal-Ore Produce.

What's the best feedback (and option) to give the Googlers to correct this?  The phantom display of CAL-ORE Produce in the small preview indicates this may be a dupe ... but the fact that I can't see the actual pin is odd.

BTW, the street name should be one word, "Stateline" Road.  This is what Cal-Ore uses on their website, http://www.caloreproduce.com  A street view of a street sign confirms the one-word name https://goo.gl/maps/xpGdmRob8s72

FWIW, this does not appear to be a claimed business.

Thanks for any suggestions.
