Adding a review to Manhattan

@LuisRG  @TraciC  I have been attempting to write a review of Manhattan which is listed but my only option is to add

It does not give me an option to review or add Manhattan as a Borough of NYC or part of the County of New York.

I have images of Manhattan but unable to readily post them.

Please advise.

Thanks for writing. Certain places on Google Maps are unavailable for review and "Manhattan" is such an example of a locked location.  Naturally you are welcome to review on a micro level, the various places that live within this or any of the five boroughs!

@BruceDM  is it okay to ask why this is so? Why Manhattan is locked?

I respect that it is... I just woul like to understand the reasoning behind the practice?

As you might be aware I am planning to reschedule the Worldwide Photo Walk NYC Manhattan.
