Add new sites under construction

Add new sites under construction, try to be pioneers to it but be rejected .... Why? ... What is the solution ?

 

Note :
The person who says that Aqguanan Google does not allow, you will put links to sites exist but under construction

hello. we have had a "rule" that we are not allowed to map venues more than 2 weeks prior to their opening. is this what you are asking for?
