Hi ChristopherD,

That is very disappointing to hear.I have noticed there are some poor communication and "language" problems that Google need to address sooner rather than later.Nothing worse than mis-information...quite possibly a sign of inexperience in managing events.I guess we mustn't set our expectations too high at this early stage of Local Guides.Let's hope things get sorted out for the best....in the mean time Google is worth sticking with because it helps others.
