Is there a way I can review a city. Or rate it. So that travellers can be able to choose a city based on its rating?

I don't believe there's currently a way to do that within Local Guide / Maps @JonasKL.

I'm intrigued though. Can you elaborate more? What kind of ratings would you be based the cities from? Like, what kind of validations would you do?

Ok, this is what I was thinking based on the ratings lets say you are visiting my country and you haven't yet decided which city to stay in. The ratings will come in handy to suggest to you the favorable place for you to reside during your visit.
