Perks not working - Play Music

I received a google play perk but when I select it it is not working. Can anyone help?

I also have a problem:

When I tried to redeem my Google Play perk for a 75% off on a movie on Google Play, it said that this code was already redeemed.

I am thus unable to use the Google Play movie perk.

I have the same problem. My feeling is this: if Google keeps encouraging me to make contributions, but does not actually award the perks they say I have earned... I will stop making contributions, and may even remove every contribution I've already made.
