How to write a "Review Post"

In my profile I have found too many items those are marked in "0" ZERO. In them i want to post a Review Post.

Now can anyone tell me how can i write a review post ?

Is it required any special board ?

or anything else ?

@RonneBD  Good question. I think that it is part of the software being used but not applicable to this application @PaulPavlinovich  has knowledge on the software that runs this community. I had asked a similar question and here is the link that gives you more information on what runs this community. What the program runs "you're using Lithium right now branded for Google Local Guides Connect. Lithium is a corporate social network, quite a lot of companies use it. So some categories on the page just have not been removed from view but do not fit what we do.
