How to add another local language in Map

In google maps i saw some places in Sri Lanka have a local language (Sinhala or Tamil) in Map.

I want to know, How to add this feature for other places and how many languages can add for a single place?

why the most using language ODIA is not there in google.it by mistakely not there or intensionally not added .In india all the places are in both english and local language except odisha state

Odia doesn't exits the list above and how can be it added to that list as being a leading language of India.

It may take some time as the users are not many for Odia. (Kan kariba bhai. TIme lagiba. may be user kam achhanti. Kehi pacharunahanti.)
