How can I Remove Permenent Closed Place?

You can suggest an edit that place. Just click that place in map. Suggest  the appropriate website and then click OK.

We do not remove closed places - it will be searchable for those looking for them - and the closed status will tell the user it is closed.

Otherwise, if a place is not in Maps, people will guess they might still be operating.

When less and less user is looking for this place, Google's search will rank this place lower and lower, such that normal user will not notice this closed place.

You can only mark them close, but can't remove permanently @PraveenTiwari

You can edit info about this place. you are not delete this place

Suggest an edit

1. Open the Google Maps app .
2. Search for a place or tap it on the map.
3. Scroll down and select Suggest an edit.
4. Follow the instructions.
5. Tap Send

Yes there is no option to remove closed places to map. 

You can only mark them as permanently closed. 

While if a place created with wrong location you can remove it. 

But if you know the right location you can move the map marker.
