how to get an event approved by Google..??

hi,

  I am Dr Shubhankar Biswas. Being in the medical profession , the society demands to be taken care of.So as small token give back gesture i have decided to organize and take part in free oral and health camp. Now as it is a big event in that community i would like Google to be a part of the Event. Now how can i do it..?? can any one tell me the process please..??
