How can I become my area leader in Google maps and access more tools in mapping

At first u visit https://www.google.com/local/guides/ this link and read properly. Every thing u can get from here about contribution.
Their have no area leader option in google maps. Google map have Regional Lead.
Level 5 Local Guides can Be a Google insider, testing new products before public release.

Hey @ShushantaK can you be more specific of what you meant by being area leader? What kind tools access in Mapping are you looking for?
