Hi @darkobajic,

Wow that looks amazing! I don't think I've been to that part of Greece. Do you live in Greece or just visiting? Did you go last summer?

Could you tell us more about this place? What can you do there? Anything interesting to see? The beach is for sure a paradise. I could spend all day. Thanks for sharing!

Re: enjoying the paradise beach near Giannitsochori

Hi,

Unfortunately I don't live in Greece. I spend my holidays here every summer. The place and its surroundings are protected as a nature park. There are no hotels, crowds and cafes on the beach. The beach itself is part of the sandy beach that stretches from Pirgos to Kyparissia, 49 km long. There are a couple of campsites on the beach where I stay. It is possible to find accommodation in private houses in villages on the coast. Anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet holiday in nature should visit this part of Greece. Nearby are numerous places to visit: Olympia, Ancient Messina, Temple of Apollo, waterfalls on the Neda River, Voidokilia beach, and numerous small picturesque villages in the hinterland.
