Actually, ''Customer Service'' is a dirty word around these parts, you can arrested for even suggesting it. I've been to soooooooo many places where you have to wave your arms about and jump up and down to get another drink, because they're too busy talking, and then you get filthy looks and the cold shoulder for interrupting them. But it's not only pubs. Mind you, I have been to some really good places too. But yes, if Belfast wants to become an internationally recognized tourist mecca, there's a lot of work to be done on the Customer Service front.
