Completely agree! I find that flash is often too harsh, and in dim light there's too much vignette at times. Took this vegan lunch photo in the early afternoon a few days ago.

When food arrives on my table I always forget to take a picture and just get stuck in.

I find it easier to photograph street food though.

Well, it is hard to have a natural light if you are in the corner. Should change the location to a place near a window.
