Where can see the supported Communties?

I got to know that Local Guides Team support one community in one area.

So anybody help me that this program is still going or not? And if yes, How can I locate Communties supported around me?

Google Administrator @TraciC posted about this. But "MY MAP" linked in this post shows that it is no longer updated by Local Guides Team.

Please refer to updates in  Community Moderator 101:

UPDATED (10/26/17): The Local Guides team ended this program on October 26, 2017. We no longer support unofficial communities as we focus only on Connect, our global forum for Local Guides. Thanks for your community support.

That is the reason why that MyMap is no longer maintained.
