Most of the Buddha statues in Sri Lanka are categorised under Buddhist temple, but there are many statues where we don't have a temple nearby. It's a place of worship. is that okay or is there any other category for that type of religious statues.?

Hi @ChathuraL
There is a category called Sculpture in English. It might not be translated into your language. There is also one called Historic Monument. There is one called Monument Maker. It's a pretty common mistake to use that one for monument.
Or you can for sure use Place of Worship if that is the most specific of the categories available.

Hello @ChathuraL
In my opinion, if devotees are worshipping the standalone Buddha statue, then Buddhist temple would be an appropriate category.
Usually, I find most of the Buddha statues as a part of a monastery or monument.
A standalone statue would be a rare sight.
Otherwise, I encounter most of the other statues to be having "Tourist attraction" as the category and that would be the most reasonable one.
