Re: What are the causes of dough rise failure?

Time to enjoy now a cup of coffee with a nicely cut loaf of bread.

The time to bake your bread is affected by the quality of the rising dough, yeast viability, recipe ratios, oven settings and efficiency.

If you have nicely done dough, the lowest time is consumed in your oven.

Optimum temperature setup and the moisture or humidity will enhance the texture and taste of your bread.

Too much heat is not good for your bread, especially if your prefer to conserve the smell and flavour of the readily baked bread.
