Hey everyone!
I love sharing interior design and user experience reviews on Google Maps to help businesses see their service from the customer perspective. As a licensed architect, I am passionate about improving public space and spend time observing the details from the first time a person hears about a company, to their impressions of their space, to the way they engage with a brand. I will highlight pain points in circulation, acoustics, or other physical attributes that can easily be improved, while also commenting on what I love about the experience and why I keep coming back. I think of this process as realtime usability testing of space, and it's empowering to think you have a direct line of communication with owners as well as future customers who can better plan with this knowledge in hand!
