I wish I knew. It is the main thing driving me away from Local Guides. About half of my edits are not applied. Google should really step their game up.

Probably lots of different reasons why edits are not applied.

Take your first one, to create a new listing for The Great Mosque, that feature is already mapped https://goo.gl/maps/543BSxfeD7k 

With the second one, if you're trying to use map coordinates as part of the address, that's probably cause for a rejection

Can't read Hebrew or Arabic to comment on the others
