@KaramatA asalamu alaykum .few people area expert in map maker called them regional lead assigned by Google map maker . if your edit pending post your pending edit map maker forum Map maker Forum  select a "New topic "and category  "Review My Edit Requests" post your pending edit also you can see thsi video submit your link
