Videos - Views not count like pictures do?

Hi quite new to this .. have noticed my videos watched lot more than pics viewed .. do these views not count same as pictures? Don't seem to get credit for them in comparison? Any Advice/ comments welcome  - I live and  learn  😉💕 x
