[Trouble] A Google Listing Got Hijacked by another business

Hi, 

I had create a Google Listing as a contributor to the map for a local business. The business owner also put in effort, as she was very excited - she would share the link to listing everywhere and was able to manage a good number of reviews and create a presence of the business online totally through the listing. 

Now here is where the trouble starts. 

Another business was somehow able to make changes to the listing and claim it too. That business changed all the information. From old photos and reviews however you can see that this listing was originally for the business I had created. 

What can be done? This small business owner is distress.

Felt sorry for you. I also face the same problems and trying to find the solutions here.  Seems like Google haven't manage to solve this kind of hijack problem, after so many years.
