I love to rate and review food restaurants and hotels in particular, I love when I see my reviews are having an impact and making an improvement to any business.
I always try to share what I liked and disliked even in a 5-star review, and in a second visit when I see that the business owner made a difference I appreciate that so much and in many cases I edited my reviews for the place to update for the current pros and cons.
What is giving me more enthusiasm is the number of photo views I get. 190K views and counting, this makes me imagine how useful I am am to fellow tourists and visitors, being myself a frequent user of Google Maps to plan my tours.
Bringing online reviews out to be a factor that business owners consider, is a valuable mission.
