Hi @JackaF that is a Secret Sauce thing. Google never reveal how or why they choose particular users for anything. This is to avoid people gaming the system. Generally speaking to be picked for any kind of testing program apply for the Trusted Tester program (note this is closed to new applicants until 2019) and basically be a positive person contributing well to whatever product you're interested in being a tester for.

 

Don't forget rule 1: Never mention that you're a Trusted Tester for anything.
