Thanks for tagging me @TorM! Krowka looks very tasty as well...

In Argentina we have Dulce de Leche (literally translates to "sweet made of milk") which I imagine has a similar taste! But it actually comes in a pot and you are supposed to spread it, but it is also widely used as a filling of cakes or chocolate.
