Swamped by an algoritm?

After IT problems with eyes, mouse arm RSI, an app neck and belief in fakenews eg. (that Trump is a AI project by a secret Silicon project lead from out of space). Now people wonder if they are suffering on mass paranoia by alogritm slavery?
