Problems Adding a Location

I've tried to add location: Dorabianie kluczy, ul. Jana Dekerta 14, Sosnowiec, Poland. I tried to do this about 8 times and still without effects. 
I have no problems with other places, just this one. 

Do you have some ideas about it ?

i don't know what more i can write. I tried add this place in many ways: choosing add place in menu, then type addres, other way by choosing address and add place form context menu. 
I try with 3 names: full registered official, short official, non-official with category: Making keys and standard address: Jana Dekerta 14, Sosnowiec. I have also typed working hours and phone number. Result is alwas the same: send form succesfully but then when i checked this place in Menu / Contribute / Edits i see NOT APPLIED in this place.

Interestning thing: i see status of my post when i switched to polish interface of google maps, but when i switched to english i can't see this place, but i can see other places with APPROVED, PENDING and as also some NOT APPLIED, but not this one.

i already face this problem for 3-4 places.when i add a website for place it will rejected and showing Not Applied.

i don't  know why this happens.
