No reaction when I click on ''SUBMIT'' to send my apply how to do

I can not send my application for several days because I encounter difficulties when I click on '' SUBMIT '' there is no reaction, no suite, no acknowledgment. For several days, I try several times no follow-up. So I can not send my application. When I click SUBMIT nothing. So I do not know if my candidacy is gone. What should be done ?
