It's a bag made of recycled materials. They often named "reusable bags". Usually, (but not limited to) supermarkets and some clothing stores for sale. Some discount stores sale them also for as low as 99 cent a bag.

Yes, I check mails as well as my spam folder every day. somehow I never receive emails from google maps or google local guide... I have no idea what's wrong.
