I´m from Costa Rica, once called "The happiest country on the world"
My experience as a local guide start when I see a wrong information on a place, then I want to correct that information.
I receive a welcome email and makes me feel happy. Then I start sharing son pics from places and correct wrong information.
One of the first pics I share is one of my favorites. It is a building where they have a fountain so I take the pic and I start to receive visits for that pic. I was really surprise I never thing it could be so easy to do it.
Also, the opinion information and the question answers, some deaf friends, show me the importance of the right information for others. To get to the right place, make a reservation on a restaurant or know if a person with disability can get the right attention.
Finally, all it´s about sharing. Sharing service attention, sharing opinions, sharing experience.
