Misleading Buisness

Hello Community!

I have a very big problem in my hometown. In the summer many tourists come to my island but many buisness abuse the google maps and google buisness to gain unfair advantage by puting their buisness website on popular tourist destinations.

I have reported the buisneses both on google maps and google buisness but they are still there.

Recently I saw that an old listing for a public square was turned into a buisness, and now all the comments, photos and reviews from the square have gone to the buisness. It is very frustrating that google maps don't take action regardless my countless reports. 

I hope that someone with the right information can help me, I want to make google maps fair and accurate in my town.

I appreciate your efforts to keep Google Maps clean and accurate. 

You best way forward would be to report the problems using the redressal form found here:

https://support.google.com/business/contact/business_redressal_form

Submit the form for each violation. If the same business is making more violations you can add them in one submission. 

I keep track of the case numbers in a spreadsheet, so if the problem is not solved I include old case IDs.

Thank you for responding in such a short period. I just want to inform you that I have already filled many business redressal forms but there have been no further comunication by google.

If any one else has some information please share.
