Lunching a facebook page for Local Guides

Hello Guys,

 

I have one question and maybe it is a topic to be discussed here, If it is OK to start a Facebook page with same activities as on LG Community page to share our news and topics on Facebook because a lot of people are online on Facebook all the time than on Google+ and they can interact more faster ... What do you think ?

@AysarB There is no need to go on Facebook, localguideconnect is very good and have all the features which it should have. 

We have community, forum, map, badges and scoring here which Facebook will not provide you. I recommend you not to create sny group or page on any other social networking site, rest your will.

Hi @RashidJorvee,

 

We are LocalGuides - being local, we know what is the most frequently used social network among our local people.

 

We can use different channels, even those non-Google ones, to engage with people.

 

And when people become an active LocalGuides, they will visit Connect more naturally.
