You're using the community logo and none of the official Google stuff, so it looks fine to me.

In my opinion, by advertising that we are a local guide, hints at expecting some differential treatment from the POI owners.
Though we shouldn't hide our intention of furthering our contributions, making some kind of perpetual publicity of that would be unethical.
