I am level 4 guide but in LG connect profile its showing level 3 with the badge of level 3 why???

Congratulations on reaching level 4. Badges in connect are usually updated after 24 hours since the server takes time to synchronize. So be patient you will get it soon.  For example, I  posted my 50th post in connect yesterday and just got the badge today i.e. after 24 hours. Don't Worry you will get it.
