By the way, I didn't know that by having my account name in shorthand is a problem; and now I know! It's a lesson learnt.

Nope, I've changed only my the account name. You may notice that it is now different from what it was before. (i.e. MKRLAB >> Makara Sok) 🙂

Glad to hear all is fine now.

I don't think using initials in Account Name is problematic in general.  But when it sounds like a company name, then that is another story.

Can you tell us how did you change your Connect Account Name?  As previously, it is based on our Google Profile Name.

Here is how I changed my account name (or Google account name, as you mentioned).

1. Sign in to My Account.
2. In the "Personal info & privacy" section, select "Your personal info".
3. Choose the information you want to edit and in this case it's the "Name". Click on it, and then you should be able to edit your first/last name.

Well you got to understand that google does these procedures for cases like your's. So that companies dont get away with giving false reviews but at the same time they let you keep your title.
