I came to know about Local Guides when I started traveling for my job, visited a lot of places. I trusted Google maps to reach the colleges in rural areas and towns, due to this I kept posting reviews for any places I visited. After some time I came to know that the reviews and photographs are making me earn points as a local guide and I have a batch allotted for the same. So accidentally I became a part of Local Guides Program but now I am passionately doing this job, I make sure to add photographs of any place I visit since I too search for real pics.
Since I belong to a small place in India where technology has just started gaining pace, doing this work makes me feel relaxed. I see my country a technologically developed country in a coming few years and this might be a small contribution from our side.
